Access to the BitStake platform is provided on our decentralized platform built on Ethereum. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the platform is unavailable at any time or for any period due to network issues on Ethereum.

Involvement in any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraudulent behavior

BitStake will notify the user of any suspension either before or promptly after it occurs, unless prohibited by law. The user is responsible for any losses, costs, or expenses incurred by BitStake as a result of the suspension of their account.
